Digital painting
I'm staying with the winter theme for this painting. But this one has a turn of the seasons feel about it. There's warmth in the light and you get the feeling the snow isn't going to be on the ground for very much longer. For a brief time it's too warm and you have to unbutton that winter coat you're wearing. You lift your face towards the sun and close your eyes, and as you do so your spirits soar a little at the promise of spring.
