I took a break from the oil paints today to finish off this illustration I've been doing in short bursts. It started life as a pencil doodle which I scanned in and finished in Painter. It's very much a Lovecraft / Cthulhu inspired bit of artwork - some sort of demonic, tentacled terror, waiting and watching just on the edge of your dreams...
