"The Joker"

I started this painting ages ago and barely got an hour into it before abandoning and moving on to something else. After watching The Dark Knight for the second time a few days ago I decided it was high time I dug the canvas out again and finished what was started. I'd say it's more of a Heath Ledger inspired Joker as opposed to it being a true likeness. Hopefully my rendition of The Joker manages to convey at least some of the terrifying madness that Ledger portrayed so brilliantly.
